Well, I see the argument for keeping Barber, and drafting a complement for him...

But calling him a top five back in the league is beyond asinine...

We need to run him 25.. no 30!!1! times a game for him to be a top 5 back!1!

Just for S's and G's here are the top 20 backs this year as far as yards go. Only 6 of which scored 10 or more TDs, and Barber was one. (Barber #18 in yards)

That's it IMHO. One could argue for Addai or Parker or maybe Grant, but not in my book. The only ones outside the top 20 i'd consider are Jones-Drew and Maroney. Larry Johnson and S Alexander might get consideration if they were healthy. The rest are too old or not in MBIII's classs IMHO.
