Thanks for this. Shottenheimer has been a dud his whole career. He would never be hired to coach any other NFL team. Those that thought he'd be an upgrade from McCarthy need a head check. Personally I am glad he is failing. Jerry should be embarrassed with the hire.

You have to give the guy more than 3 games. Trade away his best defensive talent, top CB out DC isn't helping with scheme, coverage and lack of pressure. The O has been pretty good and they found a running game again.no way

I think maybe your spreading your own cheese lol.
What you call a top 5 coach, and what others think it is would all be different.
And a proven coach would cost more, and jones boys are too cheap to pay them.

And with the personnel on this team Sean Payton, pete carroll etc, could not do any better.
Why do you think none of them wanted to come here ?? JOnes boys are cheap, and they know they meddle and do crazy stuff like the micah trade, the mingo trade, the lance trade etc etc.

Dak’s been fantastic this year.

I have no issues with the offense other than the WRs skip the basics of football way too much for my liking.

Dak scored a single touchdown in 4 quarters against the Bears. Couldn't score a single point in half a game against the Eagles. That is fully half of the season... And that is fantastic? Come on.. come on.

Quoting myself here feels weird but after reconsidering some of the play calls yesterday, Schotty, the OC, does deserve a good portion of the blame.

I don't think you can legitimately grade coaches or the coaching staff as a whole based on what they have been given to work with here. Which is why I can't even blame Eberflus for the mess that is the defense.

I wouldnt blame Jerry for the coach.

There is no coach who is good and has ambitions to be successful in his sport who will sign with us.

Thats one of the results you get from the way the Joneses run our franchise.
