I agree. Kellen would be a disaster here, I think. Jerry, the press, the players would just steamroll him.

That said, depends on the coordinators. I don't like the idea of Schotty calling plays. This team needs new ideas more than anything.

Ironically that seems to be Schotty's worst trait, his offense, he would need a dynamic younger OC for real.

I'd love a new DC too, Zimm looks ready to retire.

I'm not disagreeing, but KM has had 3 confirmed and one "rumored" head coaching interviews. That implies that these other teams don't agree with this assessment. The league has a higher view of KM than this forum for sure.

Nick was covering high school football a couple years ago. He's good kid and hard worker, but I trust some of these other guys saying it's nearing a formality.

certainly, appears to be the case.
but i like when someone clued in disagrees.
nick at least is regularly parked at the star and is on the actual beat.
it is kinda weird tbh, they interview schott AFTER some other guys and in-house choices usually go first.

very well could be they didn't like demands they heard from kellen and others.
