This is is what happened to Kearse and LVE last year…..The longer we hear no news on him, the better the shot is for us to retain him

Oh please any money he gets he has Dak to thank for it lol. He’s gone - he never loved Dallas or Dak hitting him in the knees .
San Diego
I’d just draft a guy. I think Ferguson and Hendershot are fineI think Ferguson and Hendershot showed some potential at times to be good tight ends. But if we can't get Schultz back we may need to find a veteran TE in the market. Not sure who else is out there though.
The only thing Hurst has going for him is he was drafted by Baltimore and the entire NFL seems to view Baltimore as a TE factory. See Mark Andrews (theirs), Hurst, Max Williams, Darren Waller, and Josh Oliver just to name a few active ones.Hurst ain't setting the market for anyone
I don't think that anyone is giving the Raven credit for guys who hardly played there like Waller and Hurst. And I don't think anyone looks at Max Williams or Josh Oliver as legit NFL starters. Of those players, only Waller has played well. The only thing Hurst has going for him is he was drafted by Baltimore and the entire NFL seems to view Baltimore as a TE factory. The only seam stretcher is Kincaid in the draft unless you go for speedy TEs who weren’t very productive. I think Hendershot will be the seam threat, so I’m okay with Shultz returning on a cheap deal. He has been productive.Yeah it's concerning that he's still out there. I don't want him back under any realistic deal. Find a seam stretcher.
NoThis guy ready to take honest offer? 3 for 20? Does he even have market? Low ball him
Waller played his entire rookie deal for the Ravens and Hurst played his first 2 years (plenty to shape a player). Also we are talking simultaneously so 5 starters at TE starting from one team is a lot.I don't think that anyone is giving the Raven credit for guys who hardly played there like Waller and Hurst. Given the quality of the guys you mentioned, you would think teams would look at as a TE factory. Bennett and Fasano and now Schultz had solid careers.
Waller played only two years with the Ravens. Made a whopping 12 catches. Hurst and Williams and Oliver ... a bit of a stretch to call them "starters" - yeah, Hurst started ... but he wasn't very good.Waller played his entire rookie deal for the Ravens and Hurst played his first 2 years (plenty to shape a player). I would call the Cowboys generally more of an OLine factory (though less so lately) and the Steelers a WR factory.
Probably not going to happen. Every time I see a market value, the player either signs for close to it, or for more, never less. His market value is listed at 15.1M. Three years for 20M doesn't even come close. Some team with plenty of cap room might sign him close to his market value. This guy ready to take honest offer? 3 for 20? Does he even have market?
