This something I would like to see him level up.

Be more of a tenacious fighter when it comes to blocking. If he could establish a reputation as a fierce blocker I think he would get more opportunities and have even more separation.

Right now I think everyone is looking at him like he is tipping off pass, and if it is a run play by Dallas you have a ragdoll in front of you blocking.

Schultz was actually a good blocking TE for the Cowboys up until last year, when he just started doing poorly in that area. It's strange.
