I agree. But I have to wonder why they never did last year? They certainly could have used the help, and definitely his speed.

But for some reason, he was never out there.

I blame KM honestly he doesn't know how to use weapons or get them open. If he can't see the field in year 2 here with MM calling plays then idk

Tolbert gets a longer leash. He has only been a Cowboy 12 months and have a 3rd invested in him.
