Wait does this mean the Bucs have already won the NFC South... Congratulations. Course that also means we won the NFC East last year... I forget that.

That's exactly what it means to the "prisoners of the moment". We simply do not know how this season is going to turn out based on four quarters of play; but we watch every week hoping for a win. When that doesn't happen, we assume everything is wrong and going down the same path as last year.

A lot of fans on here are super emotional, and that's okay. I have family members here saying 0-16, and I'm just shaking my head and letting them stew. This game does not feel like 2015, because quarterback play wasn't the reason for the loss. There's a lot to build off here, starting with the fact Dak Prescott really didn't play like a rookie.

They got the stop on the Giants final possession.

It was not pretty, but the defense gave them a chance to win and they held up with rookie CB playing most of the 1st half.

Also, Carr did get an INT.

Considering everything that happened this offseason (Gregory Lawrence, RoMc, out, top 3 rookie defensive draft picks injured with only 1 playing in this game) I thought they were as good as could be expected.

I have not been able to review the game but I do wonder why I saw so much of Wilcox.

The very last drive didn't count. If Giants needed to score a TD, they do. They just chose to play close to the vest.

And how many plays did it take them to score 20? Besides a few a drives, defense was terrible with zero pass rush and soft as butter up the middle.

Lol really dude. Granted the front 7 is meh like most expected it to be but come on. The sb was a long shot with romo playing all season! look at good points dak looks real good. We hung in there with the giants!. Told people there defense would be legit but people are blaming our oline. It was the giants dline. Mayowa looks like he could be a player next year. Oline protected dak like a beast. Dez didn't do much but bease and Witten looked good.

Plus Wilcox made a tackle!

We would need Lawrence AND Gregory to come back and both be enforcers.

the giants ran a dive play on 3rd and long so the clock would run. They did not get a stop. Getting stop is making them go 3 and out.

It was a bad day for the defense.

They got some pressure but the run defense was not good. The Giants with McAdoo running the offense are difficult to get pressure on. They are very focused on getting the ball out quickly.

The Giants had the lead on that stop. When we had the lead with just over 6 minutes to play we couldn't stop them from scoring the go ahead TD. After they went up by one they forced us to punt on our next possession. On the Giants final possession they were just trying to milk the clock and force us to use all our TO's. They left us with only 1:05.
