Biggest fear….? Ravens are a good team and desperate at 0-2. Our Boys could very well drop to 1-2.

I never expected the team to make it to the Super Bowl or even make a deep playoff run this season, it would be nice but it would be a surprise largely due to Jerry's actions and in-actions during the off-season. It was clearly evident it was going to be a lame duck season as we did next to nothing to address the glaring issues from last season and actually got worse in other areas. I'm just hoping to keep games interesting and watching the younger players improve and take the next steps.
Take steps, young team. Dak is not young.

Will you still watch or will we see you next year? Serious question...i wonder how many will just throw in the towel and go play golf or mow the yard on gamedays...
I will watch but I don’t blame those who don’t invest I. This team emotionally. It’s the same story every year. You invest in this team and get drawn in only to have the cheese taken away. Atleast it happened early this year

When you get wrecked and exposed this bad, this early in the season. It’s over. Ravens will score 60. Opinions.
Did it ever even start? I mean from the end of last season it's the same old broken down Lamborghini hiding an air cooled vw engine. A little spit and polish from PT Barnum, I mean Johnny blue Jerry and the show goes on. All hype. No substance.

Well 3/5 of our starting OL are, we have a couple young WR and TEs and quite a bit of youth on defense and Jerry is counting on those young players to fill the weaknesses on this team. For the team to improve, the younger players need to develop. It's a 53 man roster, a team is not comprised of 1 player, but keep telling yourself otherwise.

Not over but they are not a serious contender. It’s back to 9 to 10 wins and one and done in the playoffs. Last week people were planning the SB parties.

They are already doing that. Once they see the final score, (if it's a loss), that's when we get to see them. :)

They have to play the last 15 games no matter how badly it goes for them. Expect the worst and maybe they will surprise you.

The question I have is with 6 wins where will they be drafting next year? and what is the priority. I think they have to find the best pass rusher in the draft and take him. I also think they need to sign a real DT in free agency.

But they also need WR, RB, a cover safety and more speed everywhere.

without having a good free agency, your draft doesnt matter. You can try and get some good players, but look at Dallas now, some really good players, but thats not winning them anything. So by your logic, do we need steak at every position or is it something else?

Good for you. You're not enjoying it, so you don't watch....live.
I can wacth the highlights or condensed game in 10 min. I go play soccer or, baseball with the 4 year old how or teach her to ride a bike. this team doesnt love me nor can i influence it. if I have gone from spending 10 hours a week to 10 min a week on this fundamentally flawed team, reason is on my side. If you watch it live and enjoy the product vs time spent with other people or hobbies, great for you. Given your snark post-ellipses, it shows your priorities and general happiness

I think Jerry will take the play calling away from big Mike soon.
Won't matter. Believe we did this with Garrett in maybe 2013? It's just rearranging the decks on the Titanic.

Mike isn't a bad coach but he was for sure propped up by Rodgers in his tenure. He's not a guy like McVay who can elevate a team further than many other coaches can. This season has to be the end for the Mike tenure here. But the biggest question will be, does anyone trust this front office to hire a good coach? I'd say no.

Oh no. They will still play the full schedule but TBH did you think this team would win the division or even make the playoffs?

Season is hardly over, but one could argue there was truly never any real hope of getting any further than we normally do, which isn’t very far….it is what it is and we knew this coming in….at least most of us did.

Exactly. By so many polls and pulse of the fans, this season was one of the lowest of expectations/excitement of any season in recent memory. Not only did we not correct the weaknesses that caused us to lose to GB the way we did, we actually got worse. Subpar drafting, no impactful free agency signings, same stale coaching staff and core that has shown they don't know how to win. This is rarely a recipe for success in this league. Can't remember the last team to win it all after years of the same stale act being trotted out there.

Rams finally broke through a few years ago when they made the change at QB and went all out in free agency and trades to get the pieces they needed. At some point, you need to clean house and change some pieces. We never do that. Dak/CD/Parsons just aren't cutting it. Mike isn't cutting it. The approach we have in free agency and ignoring the interior of the defense, isn't working. Yet, nothing changes.
