Remaining Giants Schedule:

Pittsburg
Dallas
Detroit
Philadelphia
Washington

That looks pretty tough to me

I think Pittsburgh and Dallas both beat them. So that should slam the door shut on them catching us but I wouldn't be shocked if Washington beats them again, as well, at the end of the season.

Ehh I think they got lucky Week 1. They beat us by one point, due to a few boneheaded plays that ate up a precious few seconds. Zeke was just learning to run with our line at the time, receivers were dropping balls, and our offense kicked field goals the whole game instead of making touchdowns. We are not the same team we were in early September. I think the team, especially our rookies, can't wait to redeem themselves against the Giants.

Dak and Zeke had their worst games in the opener and mistakes cost us. Although our offense has gotten much better since week one our defense primarily our pass defense has gotten much worse. We haven't had an INT in weeks and our lack of a pass rush has gotten us shredded twice the past three games but our offense overcame it. Our pass coverage is ranked 30th which is the same ranking we had in 2013 when we gave up five 400 yard passing performances. We've given up two 400 yard passing games the past 3 weeks and we're starting to give up points. What's so alarming is our offense has kept our defense off the field by being the #1 team in the league at chewing up the clock but when our defense is on the field we're being shredded and it's bound to catch up with us.

If we don't start improving our pass defense by getting a consistent pass rush we're going to get knocked off in the playoffs and you can quote me on that. Someone is going to slow us down offensively because we commit a lot of stupid offensive penalties that have cost us points and some big plays this season. I don't trust our defense and it's going to get us beat like it always does in the playoffs if we don't improve our pass rush. If you give Eli time he can pick you apart and OBJ is a real threat against a defense that's become inept defending the pass. We always have a solid offense but our pass defense has always been our undoing with every good team we've had. It's a shame that we're so talented offensively and our defense is the complete opposite and a lot of that is due to gambling away second round picks.
