Seattle tells Philly their offense is pretty basic

I think it is the furthest from basic if you ask me..Seattle laid the blueprint down to beat it...Keep them from getting the big play,,keep them off the field as along as possible and make damn tackles!!!!!

I think it was Kurt Warner who did a segment on the pregame show, that showed the Beagles running the same basic play 4 or 5 times within a couple of minutes.

His conclusion was that their O is pretty basic, but they run it fast and precisely.

Just hope Rod preaches the keys on those basic plays so the D is aware and can react quickly.

Philly gets your defense running sideline to sideline and then they hammer you up the middle.

It's an awesome offense and it's player friendly as well.

Seattle only squeaked out that win.

Philly's offense may be basic, but we don't have the personnel to stop it. Seattle does.

By the way, Seattle defense is very basic. Probably the most basic in football. Does not mean it isn't any good.

The main difference between Seattle's Defense and Dallas Defense is Seattles LB's and Safeties are really good in coverage. AND they get pressure with rushing four. It's basically the same system as Rod's but they have more talent.

You can't scheme a win against a good defense. You have to stand toe to toe with them and out punch them. I just don't think the eagles can do that with their current personnel.

I hate sounding like one of the negative nancys, but I really don't see us winning this game. I wouldn't be shocked if we win 2 out of 3, but I also wouldn't be shocked if we went 1 out of 3 or lost out. I have no reason to believe we can beat the Eagles, hope they change that.

Dallas and Seattle are built very different. SEA matches up better against Philly than Dallas does. And Dallas matches up better against SEA than Philly does.

Dallas physical run game is the key. They have to control TOP and keep the Eagles offense on the sideline. When Eagles have the ball they have to make sure tackles and not give up big plays.
