Well, the only thing nice about this is that these things usually happen to Dallas.

If Dallas had lost like that...all hell would have broken loose and the media would have had material to talk about until next season started.

I'll take the loss last week if it means not losing like the Packers did this week.

At least we lost on a play where many feel we were robbed.

Today was just failing when you had been dominating defensively

Biggest play was Ha Ha on that 2-point conversion, IMO.

No idea what he was doing, thought Church/Wilcox was in game.

Yep, that was absolutely inexplicable, and despite his two INTs earlier in the game, to me, he was the biggest goat of the last few minutes of that game. He just watched Willson catch a ball that floated in the air forever..

People are overreacting dramatically here. This game is far from over. I expect Seattle to regroup at half time and make this a close game. I favor Seattle in a close game.

No way, Seattle doesn't have the offense to score the 20+ points its gonna take to get back into this and I say 20+ because I don't believe Seattle will shut out GB in the second half.

Having said that, I hope you're right! I'm never gonna get over losing to GB last week, its just getting worse as time passes, Dallas had a real shot to win it all this year

I stand corrected and am happily eating my humble pie

PEOPLE PAY ATTENTION!!

When I come out and say there is no way a team will do this or that, take all your money and find the nearest bookie and bet it all on whatever is the opposite of what I just said.

This is the second precise prediction I've made this year, the other one was that the pokes would go 6-10

I could tell you phenomenal stories of how I've lost money betting on the NFL, 3+ team parlays where I lose every damn game (even if they're teasers).

Its uncanny!

I would feel pretty disappointed to see the Colts who the Cowboys rolled over a few weeks ago end up in the SB. The entire game we'll sit there feeling like the Cowboys could roll them again.

At this point.

The boys are out.

The game is about matchups so your point while valid in some cases doesn't affect me 2 months after we played them.

Now I just want pack, hawks and pats to lose. One down and two to go.

I like Luck!

We deserved that win, but we must be honest...that game Luck had no one to throw the ball too but TEs. They are entirely different with Hilton on offense and Davis on defense.

In fairness the Colts didn't show up to play they had their division all wrapped up and mentally weren't into it. Their receivers dropped passes all day and they committed numerous penalties. The Cowboys on the other hand had the NFC East on the line and were ready to play. It would have been a much tougher game the second time around.

Me too. If it can't be us, let it start with a new team

But it didn't. GB held on to the ball for 4 minutes and 6 seconds to finish out the game. The defense couldn't even get them off the field to get the ball back after the reversal.

I guess holding GB to 26 points at their house means nothing huh. When they average over 40. How about the offense not scoring, turning the ball over, missing FGs. Guess those things don't matter.

I don't think I've ever seen a team choke a lead like that away in that fashion in as big of a game as the NFC Championship.

Of course, the team that choked it away has Aaron Rodgers on it, so of course it'll brushed off as just one of those things that just happens every once in awhile.

If that were us and Tony Romo played in the game, we would be hearing about it for the next 10 years.

It does not matter how good you are, it matters how you perform when it matters.
It always matters. Green Bay lost this game just as much by not going for it from the 1 early in the game as they did by anything that happened at the end.

So true. The media would have a field day/night/ week/month

Well yes and no.

For me, take the stats and give them to someone who cares.... Make the play when it counts. Larry Brown... I still love ya for saving super. Bowl xxx.

Russell Wilson is one game away from winning 2 SBs back to back, along the way he has made more than a few GREAT GREAT throws to accomplish that.

Well, to be fair, it already started 5 or 6 years ago, so he has time to catch up. lol

Nothing to do with stats. It's about "make the play when it counts." It always counts. Make the plays early and there's no need for late heroics. If GB goes for it early, they probably win.

Very often, the most important plays of the game happen in the 1st quarter. The fact that nobody notices doesn't make it less true.
