Obviously a bit tongue and cheek, but watching R. Wilson reminds me so much of Tony Romo. I'm not talking about the delivery, but the pocket movements, the back door escapes, and throws on the run are unbelievably similar.

Wilson's first qtr TD to S. Rice was almost an identical play to Romo's TD pass to T. Williams last week.

Whoa crazy, crazy!

Well, Wilson is smaller and faster. Also quicker I think. Romo is a much better passer. I don't really see much similarity either. Wilson, IMO, is a better decision maker at similar stages of their respective careers.

Don't see it either.

Disagree. He's only in his second season, and already Wilson is the superior player.

In terms of pocket presence, I guess so. Although Wilson is the much better athlete and is a running threat - something Romo has never been.

He's also built like a tank and can sense/absorb hits so he can avoid the big knockout hits that have plagued Romo and given him injuries

Wilson is a far better passer than Tebow though.

I don't think he'd look nearly as good without a stud like Beast Mode Lynch opening up the field for him.

..and does he ever throw the ball more than 10 yards down the field? I feel like i hardly ever see it. He's got Tebow range, lol.

Has Romo been "plagued" by big knockout hits over his career?

I think Romo has taken just as many big hits over his career as any active QB you could name..

Vick might be the only QB I can name that has taken bigger hits over the past few years. Granted, most of those were his fault and his inability to simply go out of bounds.
