Seriously? Off sides is a players fault. All he has to do watch the football and don't move until it does. Easy fix.

False start is a mental and discipline issue. That part is on the coaches to make sure the team knows the snap count and call out the players that consistently make this mistake. Yes, it falls on the players. But why does this consistently happen over and over again? Thus the onus is on the coaches to make sure that this is fixed and they haven't done a good job at it.

So *** do you think false start is. You know the snap count, you don't think Dak give the snap count at the end of every play? So should the coach yell from the sideline it's on omaha
You make no sense. Both sides are on the players they're both mental issues and the only discipline they have is bench a player. You're not doing that unless the backup is better. They did it with Conner Williams last season and the play was worse from the backup

How embarrassing would it be to be the first team in NFL history to fire the head coach after preseason game 1?!

Cowboys in 2015 13th,14th in 2013, 3rs in 2012. It's been an issue.

McCarthy in Green Bay since 2010 his team's hasnt been higher than 14. His 1st year his team was 23 rd 3 years he his team was 3rd,2nd,1st

2010 #29
2011 #30
2012 #14
2013 #24
2014 #25
2015 #16
2016 #23
2017 #24
2018 # 18

As what people here has mentioned before, in Green Bay he got away with a lot of holding calls. What worked for him certainly won't work in Dallas. On another note, your stats still don't point to Dallas being a highly penalized team. They are somewhere in the top 3rd or in the middle. Right now Dallas is trending from #15 to one that is consistently ranked #1. Whether you want to say its coaching is subjective. I think it is. But the only person who should be responsible fo that amount of penalties is coaching. They need to fix it asap.

What is the WORST thing that could happen if Booger fired Corky tomorrow??? There is NO WAY I see this many penalties under Quinn....Corky continues to TOTALLY look disengaged from whats going during the game....he is a joke!!!

Wow. Firing a coach after the first preseason game. That happens.

Are you seious...lol..Bill Parcells said he don't coach penalties ,it's on the players, uts on the players. It's on the players. These players have been told since peewee to watch the ball on defense, they've been told the snap count on offense, when a player lines up offsides its on the players, player is told since peewee to check with the ref when lining up. when a player holds, it's because he's getting beat. The onus is on the player.

Bill Parcells famously once said, “I don’t coach penalties.” The legendary head coach had fallen under scrutiny when his young Dallas Cowboys team started showing a propensity for penalties. He dodged criticism by placing the onus back on the players.

You claim it's coaching saying no repercussion is done in practice,
Nick Eatman explain that in training camp players are taken out of plays when they commit penalties in camp, it hasn't changed anything because once on the field it's the players mental focus.

Get More up to speed AND able to develop players on his offensive side of the ball...or more talent.
