Twitter: Several roster moves today; Green and Moore activated to 53

Mostly because he's not Weeden or Cassel. He hasn't proven himself to be a failure yet as a Cowboy.

Add to that a general feeling of "how much worse can things get?" And you have my thoughts on it.

If he gets the last two or three games and stinks up the place? At least we'll know for sure that he shouldn't be around for next year.

Like I said, I give him about a quarter and people will be screaming for Showers next.

Hope I am wrong and he shows out, I just don't see the physical attributes for him to be successful given the way this offense is run. He'd be dinking and dunking just like everyone else, but he truly would be doing it because he has a real "noodle arm".

I don't want to step on Rod's toes here but BalBosa would be a pretty sweet nickname. Could make for a great t-shirt. It would probably piss off a lot of the Eagles fans too.

I remember they gave a lot of reps to Mitchell in TC with Claiborne limited and assorted injuries. He seemed to melt down a bit and take the bit in his teeth regarding his technique. Henderson was in his butt all practice long every time I saw him. He got beat over and over again but he was close a lot. No sense of when to look for the ball though. They would just highpoint the ball. I expected TWill to do much better than he has perhaps because of that.

If Tony is on the roster then they are selling the team to keep trying to win on some level. Still hope to see some of these young guys out there.

The only good defensive player taken in the last 20 years at #1 was mario williams, and he wasn't even that great.

So I don't want #1 (and a dumpster fire 3-13 season) unless we were taking a QB, which bc of Jerry we won't. Seems like you want #1 bc we can get Bosa guaranteed, so therein we disagree.

I never said anything about no wanting the #1 pick. I just don't see any reasonable argument against that being a great position for this team.

My fear is they resign Hardy and then pass on Bosa because of adding Gregory and Dlaw recently. We have a tendency to think we are fine in spots only to find out we aren't after its too late!

I'm not sure that's set in stone. I'm not going 3-13 for Lattimer from the Program. We'll just have to disagree, but if our front office agrees with you, then they can lose out and tell me to stick my strategy in the mud.

Not happening. They think they're still in it. They aren't about to start a rookie at RT without even a training camp under his belt.

Not sure you would be doing the player any favors either or whether you could learn anything about his ability to play
With a hip injury I'm sure he hasn't been working out much at all, in shape or ready physically to really contribute
A few more weeks of practice and he may get some reps but just don't see how he could be ready

I think some members in here are hoping that two division opponents flights disappear over the Bermuda Triangle while the 3rd gets a bad outbreak of shingles which would allow us as the #1 spot in our division. Hey, it could happen.

Chaz Green needs to be the starting RT either this week or next week. Free has been awful and needs to go. Time to see if the replacement is on the roster already.
