This is why i hate Jerry....he should have done the right thing for the team. FIRED all these coaches who have not performed or made the team any better... including MM. The OL coach under MM...and DQ and some of these poor assistants like Floyd, like McCurley (LB coach still here)...and began his search the first week after the season ended. In other words, DONE HIS FREAKING JOB as the poor GM he is. Instead he waited and took the easy way out with DQ and now is dealing with all the fall out. What an idiot.
