Even though he was suspended for domestic violence last time I think we all know it was a lot of things that added up to them suspending Zeke.


This is just another thing they can add to the list. More conduct detrimental to the league.

I stopped feeling sorry for Zeke a long time ago and as much I like Zeke the football player I wish our success wasn't so tied to him because he is untrustworthy.

As a legal matter, assault is a “general intent” crime (not a “specific intent” crime). Meaning you just have to have intended your actions, not that you had to have any particular state of mind. And voluntary intoxication is not a defense to a general intent crime.

While true You can explain that to the judges i have lost cases to who have listened to defense attorneys that bring alcohol up with general intent crimes. And I say lost because the punishment is always on the light end.
