Should Dallas be building to beat NO and TB

With Brees and Brady in the division, should Dallas be thinking of New Orleans and Tampa Bay as their biggest competition outside of the Division.

I'm so confused. Brees and Brady are not in the NFC East. Dallas should be building to win the Super Bowl not beat any specific team. Should the Cowboys be thinking of NO and TB as their biggest competition? No. Win the East, then advance in the playoffs playing whichever team is next on the schedule.

Just build your team to win and be getting better down the stretch. That way, whoever we play, we'll be ready.
Besides, we already have the blueprint on how to beat the Saints. We beat them once two years ago and shouldn't have lost to them last year.
