Should Garrett finally begin to get credit?

He looks like he's doing a great job managing Dak and developing him or is this going to be like with Romo where Garrett never receives any credit not only in developing him but scheming an offensive plan which fits his talent.

No definitely not. His conservative, keep dez in one place offensive scheme got us beat in week 1.

well if you're speaking specifically to the development of Dak, that should go to Wade Wilson

I'm a harsh critic, but I'll give credit where credit is due.

He and Linehan have done a phenomenal job of putting Prescott in the best position for success, and if not for receivers dropping TD passes, has this team sitting at 2-0.

And I also like that he's not afraid to call out players for mistakes and poor play, like Terrance Williams, Tryone Crawford, and Elliott. No more coddling.

I am concerned about the influence Bisaccia seems to have, but overall, I think he's doing a fine job thus far. Credit where credit is due.

Credit comes with winning and until this team can start winning on a consistent basis Jason will always be under the microscope and 2nd guessed.

Should it? How much has he even been around? Last I heard of him, he was away from the team for health reasons. Has he been back for a while now?

I think receivers dropping sure TD's forcing us to settle for field goals got us beat more than anything else. Good plays were called, the quarterback executed them, and touchdowns were there to be scored and the receivers came up short.

I did not even know he has been away from the team.. If that's the case then perhaps, yes, Garrett or whomever has been working directly with him and Sanchez should get credit (maybe Romo? )

Lol, from firing last week, to hero this week??

Absolutely not. They had Dak at #3 and Moore would be your starter right now if not for his injury. Dak would be the hidden gem on the bench.

That's what great coaches do. They put their players in a position to succeed. Ultimately the talent needs to execute. And sometimes the opposing talent and scheme is greater.

The water boy is always under the microscope on this site.
Carry the water the wrong way. .....Jerry is over paying the bum......
The water boy is Jason's puppet...get rid of the bum....
The water boy needed more reps in TC...well, ok, I can see that one....

I've never been a jg fan but I don't blame him for last year and after 2 games this year he's been fine.

People blame him for week 1 but the wr's are to blame more than him. The ol is also more to blame than him. The was man handled at times and The wr's dropping balls lost that game.

We can complain about play calling but when the team doesn't execute its on them.

There are simply too many variables to pass judgement on Garrett. Jerry and his crew run the draft and manage the personnel/cap,,, how we can be in cap hell for this long and still have a barely functioning defense is total mismanagement. The offense looks good though, and Garrett can at least take partial credit for that.
