I've been outlining the case for his removal for years due to:
1) inability to even do basic clock management, which also involves your play calling, esp at the end of halves and games. I've seen many Madden players do it more competently. This also is an issue with play calling to control the clock, keep someone like Rodgers off the field, and/or hide an atrocious defense.
2) inability to get players ready for big games. Under JG, we almost always come out flat, the bigger the game, the flatter we start. Have we ever added a new play or wrinkle midseason?
3) no exploitation of mismatches and no attempts to cover weaknesses, little to no scheming to your player talents.

The above are the basic, minimum expectations of a head coach at any level, to include video games.

Last season I would not have voted yes, but this season I am. He's been in there long enough. I'm glad this team doesn't have a revolving door at head coach, but it's time. Garrett's had enough chance to make it work.
