Should we even be happy about this win?

Maybe all that juicy smoked turkey has gone to my head, but can we really be happy about this win? Until we beat another team that's actually worth it than the tired Giants, what's there to be happy about?? Please give your thoughts
Yes you should be happy. Anyone who isn’t is a puss and can take a long walk off a short pier.

i am guilty of wanting natural tanking....just for high picks next season..only way we make wild card is if we win out and others lose...and once we are there can we make it past one and done which puts us way lower half of picks?....i am not talking about losing on purpose....i dont think we need to worry about going all out....chances of winning 9 in a row
are very low....it could happen and i guess as a cowboy fan i should be rooting for that....but i watch big Mike lead our offense and that is enough to lose...sorry but true...i use
to guzzle all the Kool-aid regardless but each loss it took a few days to recover...so for health reasons i have to be a more realistic fan...we do far better getting UFDA's then
some of our picks...but we have a good team of pickers...i just want a real 1st round pick and they end usually in the teens on the board...but i am still a cowboy fan and i will
root for them to win each game...but can we please replace several coaches????
"Natural tanking" is a phenomenal way to put it.

Don't be silly. This great victorious win has the Jone's getting ready for the Super Bowl.

I’m happy with the win. This is a lot more fun than playing out the season hoping for losses and a high draft pick.
Exactly. The day ended well. Far better than the Thanksgiving Day where Randy Moss lit us up, or the one where Leon Lett went skidding through rare Texas snow to unnecessarily attempt to recover a missed field goal.

Half the guys here were praying for a loss, worried about missing out on the next Ryan Leaf. :)

A wins a win even against the worst team in the league. Not pretty but a win, Jerry looked like they won the SB, it’s still a bad team nothing has changed since the first game.

This is a bad team and there are many holes to fill. We tried to lose this game many times but the Giants are even more inept than the Cowboys.

the fact that this game was competitive in the fourth quarter and the difference was a defensive score...

If this team was really a contender, we would not be happy about struggling to beat the Giants. The offense put up 20 points and the defense allowed the Giants 4 scoring drives including an opening drive TD. If I thought this team was going somewhere, I would not be happy with this win.

But this team is not a contender, so any win they can squeak out, even one like yesterday is a good win. Plus I saw some things I liked and some I didn't. Mazi got half a sack! Yay! He is improving a little bit each game it appears and that is a relief because it would be really bad if he is a total bust.

Then I saw Schoonmaker pancaked trying to block a LB and called for offensive PI at the same time! I am still trying to figure out what Dallas saw in him. The Giants 4th round TE from Penn St. looks 10 times better than Schoonmaker.

No, your wife was happy because she and the rest of the relatives you two invited over for turkey dinner didn't have to listen to you whining and crying about another loss at the table when they were all trying to say Grace before digging in..............................LOL!

No I can't get excited because the resigning of Dak Prescott shadows over everything. It's the unforgivable mistake that basically ruins any positive decisions made in the draft or any of the coaches hired.

If you can't be happy watching your time beat up as it is fight and scratch and claw for wins then it's time to find something else to do during the games because you clearly are neither a football fan nor a fan of this team.
RonnieT24.....all good. We can be happy, just not illogical or irrational.....the difference between fanatics and fans. And there's a buffet of both, on this board.
