Yesterdays's game was huge. It not only gave kept the eagle's and Giants breathing down our necks, but it might of kissed our first round bye chances good bye. The Vikings have lost one game, the Saints none . We have a tough schedule ahead with the Commanders twice, Giants on the road, Chargers, then Saints on the road and then the eagles.

I think at this point after this packer lost it's fair enough to say were going on the road at least twice and will probably have to beat the Vikings and Saints in there home stadiums.

I no longer see us making the superbowl after yesterday's game.

Hopefully the boy's can at least win there home playoff game.

NFL changes quickly nothing has been lost and nothing has been won.

agree with you on that, to me you can kiss that first round bye goodbye

the cowboys still have a chance to win the nfc east division maybe have a home game playoff, but thats still to be determined

Good call, in fact Wade is throwing in the whole season too, I mean obviously if we lost, The Giants and Eagles could never lose another game either. Or maybe the Saints might never lose a game.

Yeah, the rest of us got the call, season over, see ya next year, unless we're in the same division, than we wont even bother.

...Dallas is'nt a superbowl caliber team, which should be clearly evident after last sunday...and what would they do with HFA anyways?...if you think the loss of Hamlin won't be detrimental then you need to check out the Giants who are hating life without Kenny Phillips...you can't make me believe that the Cowboys are going to even win a playoff game with that horror show offense...

lol if the Cardinals can get to the Superbowl than so can the Cowboys.

Kaptain Kurt > Romo

Fitz/Breaston/Quan > #11, 19 and Dud Crayton

Dansby/Dockett and Wilson are studs too. They have talent.

I'm not even sure the Cowboys make the playoffs much less win a playoff game or make it to the Superbowl.

Have to take it one game at a time. The packers game was a must win and so are these next against scrub teams.

Because If we dont take care of busines now then December hits and we face a tough stretch. A stretch We might not be able to withstand.

Im not denying they have talent. They are a heck of a team.

But they just proved that you can get to the Superbowl and you don't have to follow some blueprint that everyone thinks Dallas has to follow in order to get to the Superbowl.

Weren't they 9-7 last year and terrible in December?

I thought they won the Division at 8-8 but I am probably wrong.

We've got to make the playoff first, before we worry about what round we play in, but unless the Vikes and Saints just really fell off the wagon, with their remaining schedules, I don't think we were ever really playing for a first round bye anyway.

I don't think anybody in the NFC is unbeatable. New Orleans has looked vulnerable the last 2 weekends. The Vikings are tough but who knows how well they hold up through the end of the season, Favre is 40 and AD is fragile. I could see the Cowboys being anywhere from the top seed (although not likely) to out of the playoffs. Minn and NO are locks to make the playoffs but I don't think they're locks to make it to championship game.

This GB was not huge. It was one of the least important games on the schedule outside of the AFC games.

You don't need a 1st round bye to get to the Super Bowl. 3 of the last 4 Super Bowl champions played in the 1st round and at least 1 team that played in the 1st round made it to the Super Bowl 5 out of the last 6 times. It's not that necessary anymore.
 Exactly.

My thoughts exactly. Did we forget about the Saints and Vikings?
I realize the the Saints are undefeated and all but.......they almost lost to the Rams Sunday. So I still believe no matter how good or bad a team might be it still is any given Sunday in my book.
If the Cowboys are on their game when they play them I think they can give them a good run for it.
