I don’t understand the infatuation of trading for Rodgers. He was awful last year…it would be a downgrade.

Mahomes, lol he was lucky he won this year. Jalen hurts. Played way better. Just goes to show. It’s about the team.
its really more proof, that at that level, one or two plays can make the difference. If homes does make that big scramble, they may not have won. that special magic.
might be the one thing lacking with dak.

In the first quarter Philadelphia dropped an interception Mahomes going in to score at the 20 yard line , I have not heard any talk of that at all

I really respect Aaron Rodgers for all the things he's done in this league, but he's only managed to lead his team to one Superbowl throughout his long career.

He's an older man now, so.... I don't know if that's the answer.

An absolute hard NO for me for these reasons:
  • He’s 39 and it’s starting to show. He turns 40 this Dec. Father Time is knocking. Honestly he needs to retire.
  • The velocity on his throws has greatly diminished. And his deep ball that used to have great touch is gone.
  • I question his commitment to stay in top shape.
  • He‘s one of the most selfish players in the league and could create locker room issues.
He’s a HOFer for sure and one of the FORMER greats of the game. Emphasis on former.
NO THANKS.

At this point, he’s still better than what we have
I mean he is also better than what 27-28 teams have but the problem is that you cannot do it. In no world would Dak agree to be traded to a team with no WR and a mediocre OLine and you cannot really release him which leaves you with 90m tied up in the QB position.

Probably the one player that would keep me from watching
I dunno, if I could convince myself to root for TO after his past mid field star antics with the 49ers and then joining Dallas, maybe I could root for Rodgers.

Larry is smarter than that to suggest such an idea...What's to be done with Dak then?

From the business side of it how does it make sense?
Feels like a way for Larry to garner some attention. If that is so then I have less respect for him. Surely he doesn't think AR is a fit here.

I think Rodgers is toxic at this point. Good luck to whatever team he goes to.
I'll take a toxic AR over what we have. Even if for 1-2 years. What makes him toxic btw? Is he a Toxic diva like Russ in Denver? Dak is a great man but I fear he isn't the guy.
