Somewhat disagree. Romo was always accurate and I'm not sure that is the case with Showers. I was in San Antonio Romo's rookie year. He was with zero doubt the accurate thrower we had out there then. Quincy and Chad and someone else (Can't recall who). They all sucked. I remember Chad throwing at a backstop/net with one of the football catchers in it and he missed the entire backstop twice and put the ball in the stands. God did he suck.
Showers is not accurate as Romo was in his first year but Showers looks faster and stronger. So they both have strengths in different areas than each other.
I am not saying he is Romo. Just saying that Showers is probably where Romo was his first year development wise as a NFL QB and if Showers puts in the time that Romo did, he has a chance of becoming a NFL caliber QB.
