Sign Clarett, No way! However I dont' think Clarett is a bad player at all from what I heard he was hurt most of Camp. Bill wouldn't bring him in until he was healthy or learned how to play with injury.

I think that's is his problem. He doesn't want to get in to shape so he won't get the nagging injuries. He has proven this by showing up out of shape at the combines and training camp.

Some team will take a chance with him just as long as it's not Dallas.

i think we should release tyson thompson and sign maurice clarett, i mean clarett was one of the top runninbacks in college football as a freshman , he just needs someone to straighten him up and thats what bill parcells is going to do and he will be a good player for us, what do you guys think?

In every forum there is always at least one person who will jump at the chance to sign any and every player that is cut no matter how pathetic the guy is.

Clarett is a waste of time. Lawrence Philips was one of the top RBs in college too but look what happened to him.

People also need to pay attention to what Parcells has been saying for the past 3 years now, he has no time to waste on problem children and has cut or traded away anyone who had a bad attitude.

You don't need to apologize to me RWF1. I wouldn't cut anyone for Clarett but I am still intrigued by him. He just doesn't seem to get life. Hopefully he will get another chance. If not then I feel sorry for him. If he had stayed in school maybe things would have turned out differently for him.
