I will never count out the Cousins led Commanders. he is the luckiest mediocre qb I have ever watched play the game. The massive one year franchise tag he pulled of was another example of his luck, just as all the stars aligning for him to actually win the division last year.

hell, this guy can throw a pick six on 3rd and long and end up gaining nearly 20 yards and a first down as a result. He is like the anti Romo. never count him out!

Cousins is not even close to the luckiest mediocre to play. He's never even beat a team with a winning record as of last year. Maybe he will this year after the chips fall.

The luckiest mediocre QB in the history of the game is Eli Manning. He's about as good as Cousins but was fortunate to play with a more stable franchise and had good defenses and more weapons to work with.

Based on these factors I'm leaning that Philly winning might actually be more in our interest because Wash might not lose another game until November.

Not sure. The Eagles could win that game then lose the next week to the Vikings and be 4-2.

The Commanders have won three in a row, so I don't count them out of this race. They also have the Lions the following week so they get an easier opponent than the Eagles do, despite the Lions having beaten Philly.
