Skins beating the Eagles would actually help us going into the bye

Skins winning still would have us in 1st place at the end of the night after a win or loss

If the season ended after next week, sure. But the Eagles are better so we need them to lose. The Skins will lose many more games down the road so we don't have to worry about that.

If we beat GB we will be favored in the eagles game and all the media will pick us to win which is what I don;t want. Actually I want to take it a step further

Have the eagles beat was and min to go to 5-1 and us and 4-2 after losing to GB so we can be the underdog and be tied at 5-2 with the eagles. That's why we lost to the eagles at home on Turkey Day because we were favored

I think your on to something here but not because of the media. We have a bye after the GB game and if we win at GB, we're on a role which will be thrown off because of the bye week. Most cases the coaches let the players off a few more days during a bye after a win. I think players tend to lose focus during those off practice days. If we lose to GB the bye helps us regroup and refocus on Philly. I don't know the psyche of this team but JG does like consistency in practice and play with this team. We'll see soon enough.

Thank you, that's why I'm cool with a GB loss....ONLY if the skins win. Now if the eagles win that means it would be nice to get one more win before the bye

If skins win, I don't mind 4-2 at the bye and a loss before a big game vs the eagles

I understand but then you might be placing your personal agenda above the Cowboys best interest . There will be times we might need to root for them over Wash or NY. You should learn to hate them all the same.

I think when it all shakes out this year Wash or NY will be more our competitors for division. Eagles schedule is fixing to catch up with them.
