The Foreskins can keep the injury prone Brunell and his gigantic contract.

We have 10 rookies making the team and and 2 young 2nd round picks looking like long time pro bowlers.

They have ummm, well, they have uh, dang they don't have crap beyond overpaid Portis.

Not to mention they have maybe the worst starting QB in football, a terrible WR corp, a terrible defensive line, and a secondary littered with busts and felons.

I don't know how to say it other than the Skins are just total idiots... How in the friggin heck is swapping Laverneus Coles for Santana Moss an upgrade?? The Jets won that one big time... the last time Coles was WR in NYJ, both he and Wayne Chrebet were 1000 yd receivers courtesy of Vinny Testaverde... Go Jets... LMAO

Ramsey has looked alright in preseason, but its just preseason.

He did? I thought he looked awful. I'm not the only one, there are a lot of Commanders fans that think Brunnell should start.

Not only that, but they took a big cap hit for the trade. :laugh2:

They are two teams going opposite ways and it is a riot.

When Price was released, I saw several threads in their forums about how they could really use him. They thought he was going to the eagles, and hoped he did not go to Dallas.

He goes to Dallas, and now they claim that we really must suck at WR to sign him, ignoring the fact that Dallas has a good, deep WR corps.

Didn't Brunell play against backups all preseason?

Brunell sucks.
to answer your question...NO...he started too.

And no, he doesn't...the fact that you had to ask whom he played against goes to show you pulled that one out of your butt...

My version of their silly song...

"To hell with the Commanders
Hail mysery....
Lose every contest
For all the league to see...."

and today, they cut WR Dyson, so now they have no WR over 6'....pretty funny. All we have to do is stop the run and let Roy put the hammer down on their HB Cooley...he's the best receiving threat they have other than Betts out of the backfield.

Check this quote from Extremeskins:

The pukes have looked just as bad as we have. Our situation this year is quite simple. As with every team, avoid injuries and the play of our QB will decide whether we go to the playoffs or not. If Ramsey lights it up, we contend for the SB. If Brunell comes in early enough in the season and lights it up, we make the playoffs. If we get poor play at QB, we fail to make the playoffs. The rest of the team is in place.

That's what I love most about watching Cowboys games at my local Sports Bar, watching my Boys win and seeing the Skins lose at the same time...cheering and yelling and watching their fans' misery...it doesn't get any better than that.

But to be totally honest, I'm not sure anyone really has a good handle on the Skins yet for this year...no one really knows exactly what to expect...they could be much better or much worse than expected.

One of their former players-turned announcer actually said he could see the Skins starting the season 4-0....I have no idea why there isn't a drug policy governing the announcers.

I can't believe these jokers actually think they are potential Super Bowl contenders under ANY scenario.

What I found even more amusing is that they think they have everything else in place to win as long as the QB is good, ***? They have NO pass rush on the D-Line and 2 of their starting 4 in the secondary wont last long in the NFL. Their O-Line is worse than ours BEFORE we found a decent RT in Pettiti. Their best WR is best known for his punt returns, not his receptions, and other than that they dont have a single guy that would make our 5 deep at the position. Portis averaged a little over 3 YPC last year, pathetic. JJ will be better by game 8 this year.

They are awful.

Well, I'll lump them in with us in one regard...good QB play could mean contending for the playoffs. However, I see neither team, but especially not them, having to worry about SB tickets, no matter how the QB plays.

Heck, they're still counting on Brandon Noble starting for them at DT. :)

I'll give them one thing though...they have a helluva defensive coordinator and Arrington has looked very good in preseason.
