The fact is, your team...outside of RB....just isn't good on offense. There's a serious lack of talent.

It's simple. You have a good QB. You have a good team. You have a bad QB. You team will be bad. What's easier to overhaul. Fixing the entire team to compensate for your QB problems or start with the 1 guy?

JC was a reach when we drafted him. Those guys usually don't pan out. We should have drafted Brady Quinn and groom him this year. Instead, we have to get another QB in the draft and waste another year to groom. Not to mention, not sure any QB coming out will be better than Quinn.

You guys just don't have very much talent, I'm afraid. Plus, your QB apparently can't run much more than a basic offense. Why else would Gibbs keep calling such simple gameplans?

I'm not above thinking I may have been wrong by Campbell. I think teams are seeing alot of habits on film and have been forcing him to do things he's not used to, showing him coverages that get him to make bad reads. Whether he turns into a good QB or not will depend on how he plays for the next 3-4 weeks, how he plays out of this slump.
