I had a problem with a tooth the past couple of months and a few weeks ago I went to the family Dentist to get it all fixed. He also suggested that I use a WaterPik on my teeth. So, I bought one...

I thought my teeth and gums were all good! No problems brushing them...

Then I used the WaterPik...and my gums bleed like crazy for the first few days! It was squirting all the crap that gets into the pocket of your teeth that a toothbrush can't get to.

If you want to keep your teeth healthy and have a nice smile like me...get one. You won't regret it.

;)

I've finally started to brush my teeth every day and the 5 I have left look pretty good.

Not a dentist.
But I may have an answer.

So you'd let a Proctologist balance your checkbook?

Just out of curiosity, did you floss regularly before the waterpik?

Yes, I flossed all the time. But, if you read about the Waterpik it tells you that flossing can actually damage and tear up your gums. A Waterpik will not do that and it's proven to be 95% more effective for cleaning between the teeth and under the gums where brushing and flossing will not do.

A Waterpik is kind of pricey depending on what model you buy, but they are totally worth it.

You crack me up AL.

I have a great smile too.

My parents started us kids off very early w/ regular trips to the dentist and orthodontists.

It continues today w/ my own dentist. You can't have healthy enough gums and teeth.

I take my own little guy in for cleanings, regularly.

Q: What time did the Chinese man go his dentist?

I'm getting my wisdom teeth pulled tomorrow Artie, what should I expect?

Wisdom tooth removal is an interesting procedure. Although I was conscious during the surgery, I felt no pain and was completely unaware of the passage of time. It's as if I was floating in some ethereal realm, and observing events from a great distance. Then, in seemingly very little time, the procedure was over.

Did you just do general anesthesia then, not nitrous?
