Actually, I don't think it's Kelly's offense that's the issue. The issue is the speed at which Kelly insists on running his offense.

I also think his style of offense invites plenty of criticism. You want to run somewhat of a gimmick offense, then you better succeed. Because at every instance where people sense some sort of failure, he is going to get busted on big time.

His offense doesn't work late in games and he is clueless on coaching his defense. He LITERALLY doesn't say a thing when his team is on defense and he obviously has no idea about matchups because his corners have been horrible the last 3 weeks. He is so much more robotic that Jason Garrett and that is saying a great deal.

As much as i respect Kelly, I have to agree with you. Those were some very questionable calls. Then again maybe he did have him with 2 covered most of game, and Romo caught them when he didnt? That's pretty much the name of the game isn't it? No one ever really talks about it, just when they are caught when their pants are down.

As much as people want to ride on Romo on his flaws, they need to give him where credit is due. He was able to read the coverage and have the route that he wanted and they executed it.

Glad to see the comparisons to the 90's bills teams. I get a chuckle everytime I hear the mediots talk about chip Kelly's " innovative" offense. It's been done before and it's been done better.
If anything it's easier for chip in this day and age because kids are running this style from jr high on up.
 
If Garrett can bashed on here so can Chip. After our Thanksgiving loss all we heard on here was 6-1 and missing post season would be a choke job pulled off by Garrett. How about 9-3 and choking?? Love it, screw the Eagles and Chip can dip into offseason mode.

Kelly is a good offensive coach.

If he was in dallas all everyone on here would do is point to his record and say he "just needs time" to adjust to the NFL.
 
The Eagles have 33 turnovers this year, most in the league. That's why they are probably not going to the playoffs (assuming we take care of business), and it's pretty much a result of having two QBs who can't hold on to the ball. Not Chip Kelly or his system.

Take away the Cowboys game on the short week and the only teams that Sanchez has beat have a combined record of 14-28-1.

Seems likely to me that they finish out the season 2-5 over the last seven.

That doesn't really add up to a "yeah, but he did well even with Sanchez" type story to me.
 
This is a gimmick offense and one that if they don't move the sticks they will kill there defense when they play top offenses. Their defense gets gassed and IMO This team will never win a Superbowl with this type of offense.
