His role at CB has consisted of man and zone coverage it is not that hard for him to get up to speed.

He'll be having to get up to speed when it counts there's not much time left. We also have Ratliff and Spencer who are missing valuable time that's not good with opening day in 2 weeks.

Yes and he is working out now, he may not play in this game but he is getting back on the field and not having the swelling in the knee. As for Ratliff and Spencer than is a different story. Spencer who had his knee scoped exactly 4 weeks ago still appears to be on schedule as he is working on the side

If you've never had a significant knee injury, I don't think you guys understand how bad knee injuries can be. You don't just "jam" a knee. The NFL season is a marathon. We want our best player healthy at the beginning of the season. I have seen no previous evidence that Mo is a slouch. Just watch video from training camp. It looked like he was workng his guts out trying to defend Dez.

“It’s been big. I was really looking forward to this week, because I really haven’t ran – I’ve been feeling good, but as I’d work out it would flame "flare" up on me or something like that,” he said. “I really wanted to see what it was going to do this week, and I tried to give it everything I got as far as cutting and planting – trying to come out driving. And everything went good.”

Everytime you people overreact to the team being extra cautious with a minor injury, remind yourselves that it's their ultimate goal to have players 100% healthy when game 1 rolls around. Yes, he's missing reps, but they'd rather have him start the year 100% than dinged up. In a perfect world, guys would all be 100% healthy and not miss a practice rep, but it's just not reality. I'm looking forward to watching Mo this season.
