So, where are you not going to get bent out of shape?

No way #4. Never hear the end of it. **see Eagles**

I'm with Zrinkill on this one. God love our little Tony Romo. :)

What is the least you would accept from this team and be happy with the year.

1. A playoff victory

2. NFC East Title and a playoff victory

3. NFC Championship Game

4. NFC Champions and a close game in the superbowl (Loss)

5. SuperBowl Champions!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I dont like to lose... so answering anything other than #5 is conceding less than a SB win!:starspin

I'm still amazed and happy we made the playoffs but a Super Bowl victory would be sureal...:star:

Because I would say . . . Super Bowl?
But that's just me.

Below is the move I taught Emmitt.
:mchammer:

I expect us to win ANY playoff games at home...obviously the Bears have home field advantage throughout...AND if we win and they win AND we have to travel to Chicago....I would not EXPECT us to win...if by chance we win and they lose AND we wind up hosting the NFC Championship game....I expect us to go to the Super Bowl. I am not nearly as scared of the AFC as most 'experts' think the NFC should be. The Ravens offense can defended. Phillip RIver and the Chargers WRs can be defended...the Colts we already beat. The team I would worry about is the team no one is talking about...the Pats. Their QB is a WINNER....Their Coach is a WINNER. January has proven to be their time of year. Lethal combination!

bring home the lombardi baby nothing less than the best if we lose any more games it wont matter i'll still be pissed off, so i hope they take care of it

Before the season started,, I was thinking that this team would be 10-6, make a run at the division title and be in the playoffs.. didn't expect a SB this year because we had Bledsoe as the QB. When we were 3-3, with a new QB that had never started a game in the NFL,, I was thinking we might be in trouble. I will stick with my orginal thought.. no SB this year.. so number 1 would be great for me.

Everyone wants a ring, but with the youth on this team and all the promise and some solid drafting coupled with a boat load of FA money.

#3 would be a solid start.

I feel like #1 just meets the minimum acceptability level and that #3 is a "good" outcome. "Great" means #5.

Having been a fan through the three Super Bowl losses, two of those were amongst the most painful / frustrating in Cowboys history. (The first loss to the Steelers wasn't as bad). My personal opinion, just as a fan, is that I'd rather the Cowboys lose in the NFC Championship game than in the Super Bowl - Super Bowl losses are very tough to take.

our team is the Dallas Cowboys

only #5 would be acceptable

we dont "settle" for an NFC championship

No one should settle for anything less than 5 of course, but the team is very young and has a bright future so #3 is an amazing start.

There is no team in the NFC that is really better than the Cowboys, even the Bears.

So with that if the defense can ever cover the flats:D we definitely have a good shot at the Super Bowl.

If we get to the Super Bowl though we have to win it. Super Bowl loses are the most devastating things.

Heading into the season my hope was for the Cowboys to make it to the NFC Championship game. If they do that I think this could be considered a very good season. I don't think the SB is out of the question but given where this team has been over the last several years the NFC Championship game is a heck of an accomplishment win or lose

I'd like to see #3 but the defense has to be more consistent defending the pass, so I'll say #2 is progress to me. It's ironic that the defense is what I have doubts about rather than the offense. The D was supposed to be this team's signature but so far it has been way overrated. That's why I think #2 is most realistic.
