I'd rather be a Cowboys fan than any other fan any damn day of the week.

This year, it was easy to forget because, Cowboys didn't have chance. At least that way, you can't think about, maybe if they made this play or that play, we could have easily won.
Boy, I would hate to be Vikings fan, especially considering, clearly, Vikings were the better team by a mile, other than the fact they had ton of turnovers and even got lucky to not have more actually.

But as a fan, I'd rather see the Cowboys lose in the NFC Championshp game than lose in the Super Bowl. The Super Bowl loses are too painful.

And actually, when the Cowboys lost to the Steelers for the first time in the Super Bowl, ... that time wasn't so bad.
But the thing that I don't like about Super Bowl loses is that us fans have to re-live the Super Bowl loss, time after time, because Super Bowl highlights are shown relatively often. (How many times have I seen Jim O'Brien doing the pogo?) The disappointment at the time of losing the Super Bowl is strong and the constant reminders of the loss (via highlights) for the following years and decades is like twisting the knife. That's how it strikes me anyway.
