My #1 is the courtesy wave when you let somebody into traffic. I didn't owe you that spot in traffic, but, I was trying to be nice and polite. For you not to give me a 'Thank You' gesture just gets me so fired up. lol

I always, always, always give a thank you wave. Even if I have to roll my window down and stick out my arm so they can see it.

don't talk while you eat
put your hand over your mouth when you sneeze or cough
give up your seat to an older person.
say THANK YOU
I actually don't like when people put their hands over their face when they sneeze or cough, all I think about at that point is "are you going to wash your hands before you touch everything?" I've always faced down and used my arm or elbow.

being able to have a civil conversation and disagree without insulting the person on the other end or having people think having a civil conversation will always lead to a shouting match.

edit: is this thread just making fun of certain individuals or do most people not do most of what's been posted so far?

sorry, but my hair is a complete ugly mess if I wear a hat and take it off lol
Mine too but I'm more worried about being respectful than I am being presentable.

To each their own I guess, I just hated being in a DFAC in Afghanistan where there are signs posted all around saying "No headgear allowed in DFAC" yet people (contractors) would keep their hat on.

Public toilets. I don't expect people to treat it like they're home, but don't be disgusting slobs either. It's not that difficult. A lot of man children out there.
The problem is many of those you speak of are treating it like their home.
