Well Romo's first two years weren't like Dak's first two years. the situation was completely different. So I don't understand the point really you are trying to make. 2006 Romo took over for the established Drew Bledsoe. 2007 Romo went 13-3. So thats two good years for romo, minus his Seatle mistake at the end of the season in 2006. And the atmosphere was totally different, with us fans having to suffer through the Quency Carter era and Testaverty era after the Aikman era. So we were happy to have a breath of fresh air like someone put it with Romo, after having to suffer through some bad quarterbacks. Dak on the other hand followed Romo, who despite his critics, wasn't a bad quarterback. I like Romo, and he was coming close to the end of his game anyway. I was hoping two have him two more years before passing the reigns onto Dak. Dak had that amazing 2016 season, but maybe he would've been even better if he had learned under romo, and maybe that is what showed in 2017. It may have been that Dak would be more advanced at this stage of his career if Romo had retired this year, and Dak started his first game this year, after learning for 2 years. Anyway Dak is our quarterback and I will be cheering him on this season, hoping for another 13-3

but It all depends on how he develops in the offseason at this point for me.
