I think the O-Line gets a lot of game balls this year. And we will be surprised to see our D-Lline get a few. If our DT position holds up.

I really am excited to see how the O line plays. And Elliott.

However, you must consider that most people are quite content in their negativity or positivity; the only real difference is the optimists do not like to have their positivity challenged.

From where I am at this point, I can go either way because I see enough there for both sides; however, the positive side is having a little more fun at this time. The negative side can only hope they are wrong.

Man, with the way the NFL is every season being a new season and few repeaters as division champs in the NFC, why rule us out? We do have a few ?'s but what team doesn't? If the Cowboys can stay healthy with the critical positions, they have a shot at the playoffs. And how do we predict that for any team? Injuries are the wild card every year and the Eagles were the exception last season. How many teams in the last 20 seasons have the lost the starters they did and done that? 1 and I would be really surprised if they could repeat that.

That's a huge ? glimm because we are going to face teams that will want to run the ball and we've got a rookie MLB and Safety ?'s as well. Throw in Lee's history and Jaylon's ? and that DT position better be solid and stay healthy.

And it's not just one ? on this D, it is many ?'s. But there is no reason to make ?'s negatives.

The biggest positive for me is that they finally started paying attention to the D side. I feel it is incomplete but I anticipate progress on that side of the ball. Probably not as much as some others do but we are moving forward in that area.

My main question about this D is can it play like the coaching staff wants it to play? Richard want's to play press like he did in SEA but he had a better front 7 and 3 of 4 pbers in that secondary. Can this D be an attack D and not a BDBD because that will determine this season, imo.

We have a tough schedule this year. Reminds me of last years schedule with one exception.....We are better prepared this year. The Oline/EZE is the key to us having a great season on the offesive side of the ball. I also believe our D is going to be better at the LB and DB areas. The d line will be about the same in mho.

I do wish we would have kept Dez but everyone else thinks it was a good idea to let him go. I also like Twill. Made some clutch catches.

Just a few more months and we get to find out. Pray for a injury-free preseason. Its going to be a fun year. Overall I believe the Boys finish 10-6. 7 and 9 my big ole butt.

& sometimes hitting the like button just doesn't quite convey the appreciation,,,, I know our DB's play will be solid & quickly start dictating games outcomes, something not seen in a very long time (IMO),,,I'm hopeful but reserved in my speculative enthusiasm concercerning the LB corps,as the success in the first 4-6 games are directly linked on #50's availability to instill that veteran command & control aspect thats still sorely needed.

It's not in you to be one of those.

I can't begin to consider how we're going to play this year. Too many unknowns for me to speculate, so I'd only show my ignorance by putting a list up. Every season I believe we should be able to win every game. Zeke could be huge this year barring injuries. Sean Lee will do what Sean Lee does. Beaz should have more shots at the ball with Dez gone. It could be a nice year for him.

If there are only a couple with the size of the membership, that's a positive. I can find more than that at the HEB in an hour.

G, some use the forum for venting purposes because they're mad as hell and not going to take it anymore. But that doesn't give them license to pee on someone's parade. But unhappy people do not like happy people. By God, let me be happy being unhappy.

We are gonna rock and roll running the ball even with a loaded box. I am excited to see the new WR and if things have been changed from last year as far as the route tree, formations etc. Some things have to be changed or we will have the same results in passing situations.
