Plunkett played very well for the Raiders. He made some very good plays. He was more instrumental then Manning was. Manning pretty much just did not LOSE the game for them. Just like Johnson and Dilfer.

He almost did on several occassions. History won't tell that story, though.
 
Bottom line is that Eli made fewer mistakes in the 4 playoff games then he had in any four games in his career. Some people are mistaking that as being the same thing as making plays but it ain't even close.

Well I hear ya... but you know what... I am gonna give him more credit for coming back... each time.... after each "almost" turnover.


That is interesting though... can you give us a recap of the 4 almost turnovers... I am curious. This is a serious question... not a dig.
