Living near KC, every Chief game is televised so I've had the opportunity to see Law play in '06 and '07. He wasn't the same playmaker he was in NE. I have little doubt that he is still in good shape. But I have serious doubts that he could be am impact player any more. His skills have dimished and I'll bet he hasn't found that lost step yet. All the talk about how good he would be "off the field" and "in the lockerroom" is just fluff to me. We would be counting on his production on the field and I don't think we would get that.

I know we are in a pinch at CB right now, but at some point, you just have to start saying No to all the riffraffs. I'm not saying Law is trash, because I think he can still play, but it is becoming a trend that every available superstar is linked to the Cowboys and then we end up signing. I would rather let Jenkins and Scandrick get some experience since they are the future of our backfield.

I have a friend in the Eagles front office... He called to say I told you so about Roy and said that we would make 1 more move. He said that Ty Law would wear a Star by the end of the season.
He did say at this point it is just speculation and all but IDK. He was right about Roy. lol. We shall see. I am not reading to much into this although I think it would be good to light a fire under our secondary....
