Bottom Line of McNabb.

The "fandom's" boo'ed him when he was drafted and even the fans in Philly knew it then... that he was no darn good... they just put up a front now... they have no choice...

Atleast us Dallas fans are honest about it... we can admit that he aint no good... Philly fans are just delusional and dishonest.

That's because McFlab is a hypocrite that talks out of both sides of his mouth...he's a freaking lap dog that's humping Reids leg to keep him happy...

Or, maybe he's committing one of those "black on black" crimes....

You shouldn't judge McNabb. If he wants it both ways, let him have it both ways.

Not that there's anything wrong with that....

And the good news is he has Garcia right beside him for instructional purposes.

In reference to T.O., McNabb was recently quoted as saying "One player doesn't make a team...break a team maybe". The fact htat this quote is coming from McNabb, I think it is a load of crap for two reasons.

First, it came durring a press conference where in McNabb started out by saying he would not field any T.O.-related questions; but when asked about T.O., McNabb quickly, and without hessitation, threw in this VERY REHERSED line. It was a dig into T.O., plain and simple. And if you saw the live interview (I did) it was clearly rehersed. McNabb has been vert passive-aggressive throughout this whole thing. He tries to exhume this innocent nature but masks vindictive tendencies behind it. Sorry, but I don't like the way McNabb always *****-foots atound.

Secondly, McNabb can't have it both ways because T.O. can just as easily argue that it is McNabb who single-handedly broke the Eagles Super Bowl chances by dry-heaving - literally choking - in the 4th quarter when the team needed him most in the last Eagles Super Bowl. In that game, and that season, T.O. did his part; McNabb did not do his. So he should be the last one to say who can and can't break a team, especially when there are a lot of current Eagles players who to this day don't see things the way McNabb does.

How about acting like a real live observer of the NFL world. We'de all be proud to have a classy guy like McNabb wearing the Star. So how about finding something else to rail about like the Eagles fans classlessness or Andy Reids girth.

So after the problem child danced on our star, got in a snit with Mariucci, screamed at an assistant coach, questioned his QBs manhood, he gets traded to BAL where he refuses to report because he picks out Philly.
So what does Donovan Mc Nabb do? Invite him out to his home in Arizona to work out for weeks to help creat a bond. So eventually problem child questions McNabb's manhood and infers that he's to blame for the SB loss.

So why are people coming on the board and making believe that a classy guy like Donovan McNabb has to keep taking non-sense from T.O. and acting like he cares.

T.O. can just shut up and catch passes and hopefully last until off-season before he takes up after Bledsoe.

McNabb classy are you serious? I hope you are joking because getting sympathy about McNabb on this board is a losing battle.

Let's do a top 10 reasons why McNabb is not classy.

Come on creative people lets have some good reasons.

1) After all this time McNabb still took a shot at TO in his press conference and TO didn't. McNabb said "one man doesnt make a team", then smilling said "but one man can break a team". This is exactly what TO said caused the problems is that McNabb got jealous and mad because the media was saying TO made the team good. If McNabb is the leader of the team then the only person who can cause the team to fall is him. He condemned himself in that statement and that is about as classless as you can get.

2) McNabb said he messaged TO and TO said he did not get anything.

thats the one stupid comment that keeps me from really liking mcnabb as a person.

i realize TO wears a star on his helmet now, but i'm still surprised at the number of TO defenders here. is it just the hatred of mcnabb or the fact that TO is a cowboy? maybe both?

i just doubt that if we checked back a year ago here, we'd find alot of sympathy for TO's antics.

No doubt the stance is softened when it's "your player", just like the Commanders fans who continue to defend Sean Taylor.

Actually, I think it was McNabb who took a shot (maybe not intentionally, but who knows with him after his recent behavior) prior to the Eagles first SB appearance this decade when people kept asking about T.O.s injury and he said something that could be misconstrued by T.O. as not being needed for the SB and not that important or critical component of the team.

You are correct. And,that was truly the beginning of the end forT.O. andthe Eagles. He felt unappreciated by his QB on the field, and later undervalued by the front office. McNabb launched the first blow (knowingly or not) and T.O. followed with a vicious and (seemingly) unending assualton McNabb and his shortcomings.

Both sides stoodtheir ground (eventually), but if you ask who ended up in better shape, it's T.O. by a landslide.

I started this thread, but nowhere in it did I defend T.O. This thread is abouyt McNabb and his false persona. T.O. is clearly no angel in this whole saga. My point is that McNabb is equally to blame for the Filly-Freefall but he acts like he was the victim. PLEASE! And as the saga stands to date, T.O. is at least saying the right things as a Cowboy by drawing attention to the game only, and away from the saga. On the other hand, McNabb is trying to make it sound like he only wants to draw attention to the game, but between the lines of his comments, you can clearly hear how he is perpetuationg the sage with rehersed anti-T.O. commentary. McNabb was the one who made the "black on black crime" accusation on T.O., but the last time I checked, defamation is against the law, McNabb is doing the defaming and both players are black. Can someone say HYPOCRISY?

I think when T.O. came to the Cowboys, noone really knew all the facts of what went on so Cowboys fans ridiculed him because he was an eagle.

However, now that he is a Cowboy, more information about him is getting known by the fans and I think some realize that T.O. IS NOT ALL THAT POWERFUL TO RUIN A TEAM! Is he a jerk...damn right he is...but, he is not the only actor in this soap opera.

He's a Dallas Cowboy now, and I will root for him as a player and a person. If he becomes a distraction or throws a fit...you will see Cowboy fans on his butt faster then ever...

In other words, now that he is a Cowboy and the more information that comes out about him, he is not the devil himself...and he is not making 100 million dollars like "you know who".

You'd find me. I've always like T.O. as a player. I can't say anything about him as a person, because I don't know him. And I don't believe everything in the media concerning him because I have a strong distrust for the media. When they get an agenda, they're like rabid dogs.

Their behavior this year has continued to solidify my views towards them.
