Thanks for doing this. To my eyes, the way the ball rotates up still looks like it hit the ground behind where his hands were, but I can't conclusively say that, and I'm certainly happy with the player effort and the result of the call!
That vid shows it never hit the ground.

best part of this is in the post game a reporter asked Diggs if he and Gilmore were the best db duo in the league and he was like "we're not worried about all that, we'll just keep working and let you all decide" lol

It doesn't matter if his hands are on the ground. You cannot use the ground to secure a catch, the ball was still moving in his hands. Great play, but IMO it was not a catch. Good thing the Giants coach didn't challenge.
he saw the replay and didn't challenge. it was either a catch (what i think) or not enough evidence to overturn. so it wouldn't have mattered
