Isn't this to be expected? The appeal that the NFL won last week was only in regards to the jurisdiction and timing of the NFLPA appeal (done before the arbitrator ruling and in TX as opposed to NFL preferred NY), no the actual case itself, from what I've read. Could be wrong.

I read somewhere that the Judge in NY is an Obama appointee and somehow that makes her? likely to favor Zeke.......who knows???

To a point. But there's so much shadyness in this case, when the lead investigator says non suspension but is ignored, I'd say this is a case worth looking into for any judge
