If you're ever called to serve on a jury, I hope you make your sentiments known before the trial starts. This is why if I ever get arrested I am going for bench trial. no way I want to put my fate in the hands of a jury composed of a bunch of people who don't understand the concept of innocent until proven guilty.

The Eagles start Mike Patterson who was arrrested last offseason for drug possession,

J.J Arrington was arrested this spring.

And gasp......even the angelic Pittsburgh Steelers have players with police records including a certain DPOY and star wide receiver with the last name Holmes.

Talk about overreaction.

Or underreaction getting arrested is a big deal no not everyone gets arrested not even all football players or athletes get arrested. If he avoids getting into trouble in the future then he has nothing to worry about however now that he has a strike aginst him within the league his margin for error just got smaller.

Nothing was said personal about your children. It's you who is overreacting. Of course it must be addressed. I'd fine him for conduct detrimental to the club but I wouldn't start looking for his replacement. He's still a young kid who acted foolishly. I'd be all over one of my children for this but I wouldn't be disappointed too long unless I knew this was in his/her character. Spencer isn't a problem child unless he has an addiction to alcohol that no one knows about.

Agreed, if he does get arrested again than you will have to question his decision making, but for now I think you chalk it up to a young man who got a little carried away.

Almost certainly not by the NFL (unless he already was in the drug and alcohol program).
