wow this really sucks. selvie isn't 1/10th of the player.

As it turns out, many of the veterans players neither fear nor respect Garrett (I respect him, though). they knows Jerra won't raise a fuss other than to say "We need you."
Again, in the Jimma days, players feared the coach and probably played hurt (which is not good) out of fear they'd lose their spot or job.
Some veterans like Spencer and the Rat know they can slack off then show up after camp and play. These two in particular need a wake-up call.
If I were Jerra I'd be on the phone (secretly) to ever team owner in the NFL and say, "This is what you can expect when and if you sign these guys after this season."
It sounds vindictive but these two guys brought it upon themselves while the rest of the team was working hard and sweating it at camp.

Jerra wants Romo to put in Manning-like hours at work. He should demand that Spencer and the Rat put in Lee-like hours at work.

Just curious how much money both Spencer and Ratliff are making doing nothing but something called REHAB.....Its exactly why you have to learn to let players go,,,,RATLIFF is milking Jerry Jones for every penny he can....Spencer is getting stupid rich with crazy Cowboy Franchise Tags and knows he will get paid big time in the offeseason......why risk injury for a team you will not be with next year..... SPENCER and RATLIFF remind me of Mike Jenkins bussines decisions on the field.....Monte Kiffen and Rod Maranile will have this Defense ready with out them..... I hop a rookie takes there SPOT.....

I guess it makes sense to sit out when you are trying to get a long term deal. lol. Highly unlikely.

A bone bruise is absolutely not a joking matter, it's a broken bone in the softest, hardest to heal part of the bone - the white spongy matter.

Swelling could mean anything, but worst case scenario he's re-injured it - undoing all the healing and causing more fracturing. If you re-injure a bone bruise fracture in your leg well enough it goes from being a "bone bruise fracture" to a "broken leg" and that's a trip to the IR.

Of course this is all worst case scenario, his swelling is probobly nothing.

You are so correct...only thing you left out was the fact that he is a lazy , take plays off loser that needs to get the hell off this team.

that way we get on to becoming a once proud franchise.
