Spencer was pissed that he got franchised two years in a row and no new contract. Looks to me like he's milking this injury for all it's worth.

That makes no sense he's playing for his future this year here or somewhere else, missing time due to injury and possibly getting the injury prone lable is very counter productive to those goals.

I honestly don't understand all the cynical hate for Spencer from cowboys fans.

yeah, just because the guy is dinged, people are throwing him under the bus...we have no idea what the extent of the injury is, but a lot of folks are speculating that this is a decision for his next contract...seriously? don't you think that missing games with an injury SCREAMS red flag to other teams in a contract negotiation? If I were a GM, every game that he misses is dollar signs that save me when I try to sign him in the off season.

IMO, we haven't heard from him that he won't play or even if he misses the giants game, how long this will last....I will wait until I hear more before I jump on this guy
