News: Spencer: We’re Going To Surprise A Lot Of People

Last year they were expecting Ware, Ratliff, Hatcher, and Spencer to start.

I was OK with the defense last year until Ware got nicked, Spencer was lost and Lee went down.

We gave up a lot of yards but were creating turnovers.

When the injuries started up (our depth isn't going to impress anyone) and you had guys like Heath put into leading men roles and we were signing DL on the street on Wed to play Sunday....well things got ugly.

He came into TC and quickly his knee started to swell up. He tried to rehab and manage it but then had to have surgery when it continues to degenerate. I don't remember him saying anything remotely like this.

Well, when Spencer is finally off of this team I will be more confident. But, I hope the best for him...and, like what he said?

I think the defense is also going to at least do their part for winning some games.
