The only problem I see with your logic is the D needs so many players, at least four starters. It will be very tough to draft four starters. I think they will have to bring in a quality FA or two.

They just have to start over what we have. That's not so tough. And we don't need the premier positions so much. DE handled. I bet we extend Randy.

Starters: Law, Gregory, LVE, Diggs, Wilson, Woods/Gallimore at 1T
Needs: 3T, FS, CB, Slot CB/Brown?, LB

Brown at slot CB is effectively our usual free agent bridge signing until we can truly upgrade.

3T, FS, CB, LB. Two second tier positions. The 10 alone has draft value worth 2 late 1sts. We have an early 2nd. We have an early 3rd we could push into the 2nd with one of our comp picks. 3T and CB with late first round value, FS and LB with 2nd round value.

It's reasonably doable with just the draft.

Sadly, most of them no. However, Shelby Harris might be cheap.
