I had to hang em up after high school bc coach wouldn't put me in. Back in 82', I could throw a pigskin a quarter mile.

Got a JUCO baseball scholarship, didn’t amount to much after that as I wasn’t a big guy but I had a big arm and could hit HR’s in BP like a big guy but could never put it all together when then game started and when it mattered…..Still play on the weekends and in tournaments

I played division II baseball many moons ago. I was a right fielder, but just wasn't good enough to go beyond that.

I know 2 people who played football at amateur level in their 50s. One is still playing at 55. Both played on the same team as their adult sons.

Played D3 football. Started 3 years at center. Had some pro looks for long snapping including a tryout offer with the Cowboys but I didn’t pursue it like I should’ve.
