It's not Stern's fault, but the rule does need to be tweaked a bit.

Still, Stoudamire/Diaw brought it upon themselves.

i dont think it will be either, it will be like the nba admitting they made a mistake in the suspensions. But at least now players will be smart and not react like amare did, but then again amare is pretty dumb, or as pop calls him "young".

Give Amare the benefit of the doubt... he thought Nash was unconsious and near-death and he was running over to give him mouth-to-mouth since he's the only person in the Suns' franchise that's CPR certified.

Either that or he was trying to check into the game.

No wait, there were bees on the bench and he was trying to get away from them. Look out! Bees! They're sting-crazy! ;) (apologies to Tommy Boy)

Whatever the cause, it wasn't his fault.

Off and on. We just got a new tv and since the Spurs took over I let my wife watch some of her shows.

But I'm keeping up with it online in case it gets interesting. Which doesn't look like is going to happen.

Looks pretty interesting now.

Spurs are playing tight now. They need to loosen up and play through Duncan. And they need to make sure they stay on Nash like stink on a monkey!

Sounds like they're shooting too many 3 pointers. Finley hit a big one to go up by 15 but now it's only a 9 point lead and the Suns with the ball.
 
Tony Parker has been a beast tonight. He has had a sick field goal shooting percentage the past couple of years.

Great near-comeback by the Suns. They showed a ton of heart... especially Nash.

They're a great team.

Obviously I'm happy to see my team move on. I think the Jazz will put up a good fight but I'm calling the Spurs in 5 (but with some very close games).

I think Pistons in 5 as well.

Then I'll say Spurs over Pistons in 7.
 
Interesting tid-bit... in all but game 5, both teams scored in triple digits. This series was definitely played at the Suns' pace.

That's scary. Usually the Spurs control the tempo and slow the game down. This time they said, screw it, we're going to run with you. And they beat them doing it.
 
I'm not sure about the finals now, I thought before this series started that it would be San Antonio vs Detroit but now I think it could be San Antonio vs Cleveland. I'm gonna go with San Antonio to beat the Jazz in 5 and Cleveland to take Detroit in 7 (after watching what the Bulls were able to do at times I think Cleveland can beat Detroit).
