The market is trash. At this point I'm fine rolling with showers and Dak.

I think that is what a lot of people are missing, the "Veteran QB Options" are guys that couldn't get a camp invite or who will take a draft pick to give you Matt Cassell Version 2. If Romo goes down, the team goes with him. Unfortunate but its the state of the NFL at the moment.

Also Dak and Showers have the physical skills and seem to be improving, I'd rather roll with options that have upside.

Since everything in professional sports is a total crapshoot, I hope they're right. It would be much better to have a player in hand already than to have to search. As we've seen, some teams have been searching since their inception (Bears, Browns, etc).
