they probably called the fuzzAre you sure? The security guards could have been off duty cops. Ordinary security guards don’t normally handcuff people.

Assault on a security guard is nothing? Strange take.A problem with what, being 23 and having fun?
He didn't do anything here, we're only talking about it because it's Zeke.
No, it doesn't. Assaulting security has always led to being put in handcuffs. Nothing new here at all.If they saw it and handcuffed him they should be fired.
That cannot be classed as assault. If it is then it opens up a whole new level of lawsuits..
K, when he comes back into town I'll ask him if he wants to go out on the town and I'll see for myself. I'll even take pictures. Want an autograph? I'll have him sign a beer can for ya.
This is the player you have termed the "leader" of this team. The leader of the Dallas Cowboys doesn't constantly get drunk in public, act like a clown or get in trouble with the law."Push"
"Victim"
"Battery"
This report is extra.
To be in someone's personal space and they fall trying to move back is a "push".
Same person falls over a janky little gate is considered a "victim".
Lastly, to somehow bring up the term "battery" in any capacity in this situation is evidence of the police needing a better term for what happened.

I love Zeke just as much as any Cowboys diehard fan, but the guy acts up when he gets drunk. Are you talking about Jerry?
Oh, I do agree. Still seemed frivolous. But, in the end, he needs to rein it in.He was let go. The security guard didn’t press charges. But that doesn’t change the fact Zeke was a sloppy drunk acting like an idiot, and should be smart enough to know he is in the public eye and there will be videos wherever he goes.

Good post. I agree with your assessment. Let's add to it.."Push"

That’s part of the point. It’s stupidity and being a sloppy drunk if anyone does this, but Zeke isn’t anyone. He’s a nationally known figure, and he should know as much as anyone that people will video anything he does in public. He can’t pretend he is some anonymous guy in some remote corner of the country. He’s actually lucky he didn’t get arrested for public intoxication, and like it or not, he could have been arrested for the incident with the security guard had the guard wanted to press charges. That’s the reality of the situation.A problem with what, being 23 and having fun?

100% false. It’s at PD’s discretion, I’ve witnessed police release drunk people several times.
